The client needed a reliable way to coordinate information across multiple locations, teams, vendors, and operational processes. Previously, key information was distributed across spreadsheets, email threads, documents, and disconnected systems.
Pilot consolidates operational records, compliance activities, inspections, approvals, reporting, and inventory management into a single structured platform with role-based access.
THE SOLUTION
We developed Pilot as a modular web application with a responsive administrative interface and API-driven backend. Different teams get access to the workflows and records relevant to their roles while underlying data remains centralized and structured.
The platform brings together multi-location management, admissions tracking, vendor coordination, compliance workflows, approvals with electronic signatures, billing, inventory procurement, and searchable reporting — all under one permission-aware system.
